Welcome to the stunning and resilient Rocky Mountains and thank you for joining us at Tee Up For Tots, presented by the Thompson Family Foundation. The Staff at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will be providing their first-class service, doing everything to make sure your registration goes smoothly, including looking after your vehicle and your clubs.

Portrait sessions | 3 - 7 p.m.
Get professional portraits (family, couple, company or LinkedIn profile pictures) by the scenic lakefront. Proceeds support Stollery kids.

Pre-order your Dormie headcover so it's ready to go for your round on Saturday. While you're there, try out the Clubhouse's new virtual golf experience!
Friday night reception* | 7 p.m.
Start your weekend with a fun, casual cocktail reception with master of ceremonies Ryan Jespersen as we welcome you to Tee Up For Tots. Our Friday night reception is generously sponsored by our friends at The Wheaton Group and The Woolsey Family. Enjoy a cocktail, a variety of delicious foods and great company. Plus, get an early start on bidding on some of our exciting silent auction items and buy your WestJet raffle ticket, sponsored by All Weather At Home!
Wrap up the evening with scotch n' smores thanks to CANTIRO. Take in the fresh air on Beauvert Plateau as you relax by the fire to live music and catch up with old and new friends alike.

Saturday, August 23 | Morning
Customized golfer gift - Dormie headcover shop | 8 - 11 a.m.
Registered golfers can head over to meet the Dormie team and customize their own Stollery branded headcover. The team will work with you to decide on your customizations so that it's ready for pick up as you complete your round!
Brunch | 9 - 10:30 a.m.
Start your day with a casual brunch sponsored by Synergy Group of Companies and Vanta Group. This is a great way to connect with your fellow golfers before heading out on the course. Spouses and guests are welcome to join before heading off to their fairway-free activities. Should you have any questions about the event or the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation's fundraising efforts, our committee members, board members and staff are here to assist you.
Tee Up For Tots group photo | 11:10 a.m.
The tradition continues! Before hitting the links, please join us on the putting green as we gather for our annual group photo. Don't miss this one-time opportunity to be a part of this souvenir photo, generously sponsored by HESCO Foodservice Ltd.
Shotgun start | 11:30 a.m.
Following the group photo, teams will head out on the greens for a sublime round of golf. Foursomes will be appointed golf carts sponsored by Michener Allen Auctioneering Ltd. Your team has the choice of two formats: Texas Scramble or play your own ball. It's entirely up to you. Don't forget to stop by the snack shack sponsored by The Adams Agency on your way through the course and enjoy some refreshments. Keep an eye out for the roaming tequila cart, sponsored by Tkachuk Advisory Group - Scotia Wealth Management!

Guest Lunch | Noon - 1 p.m.
A private lunch will be available exclusively for Tee Up For Tots guests who are not golfing on Saturday. Join the Stollery Women’s Network (SWN) for lunch and hear from Stollery mom and SWN co-chair Kimberley Shuya, and meet her son, Finn, as they share their Stollery story.

Dinner & Program* | 6 p.m.
To stay on par with the mountain casual vibe, dinner will once again feature informal seating and a variety of food stations. Enjoy a delicious dinner courtesy of PCL Construction and a brief program hosted by master of ceremonies Ryan Jespersen. Sip some delicious wines, sponsored by Calmont Group, as you learn how your support of the Stollery Children's Hospital is making a life-changing difference for kids and families from backyards across Alberta.

Auctions
The Tee Up For Tots auction is always a hit and we know our friends at Michener Allen Auctioneering Ltd. will put the FUN in FUNDRAISING while reminding you to bid high and bid often. Along with several unique experiences up for grabs, there will also be many fantastic silent auction items available to bid on throughout the weekend.
